Please read these terms carefully before using the 993ok platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
Introduction & Eligibility
Welcome to 993ok. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 993ok platform and all its services ("Services"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have legally agreed to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform. 993ok reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
Account Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The 993ok platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
Opening an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any accrued bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure. Notify the support team immediately if any of your account details change.
2.4 Account Security
Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. Notify the 993ok support team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Deposit Methods
993ok supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

3.4 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears suspicious, 993ok reserves the right to investigate. Withdrawals from the relevant account may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is ongoing.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
993ok offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 means the maximum ৳10,000 bonus applies, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- An individual cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
- Bonuses may expire if not used within a set period after being credited.
- 993ok reserves the right to cancel bonuses if they are misused or if there is any attempt to collect them fraudulently.
- Promotional offers may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.
4.4 VIP Program
993ok's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Progress through each tier depends on your overall activity. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Policy
993ok is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, detailed within the game itself.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Collusion with other players

- Breach of any part of these Terms
- Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Providing a false identity or information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Any illegal activity
7.3 Balance of a Suspended Account
If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, a decision to return or forfeit the balance will be made based on the outcome of the investigation.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
993ok always works to ensure uninterrupted service availability. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond our control. 993ok will not be liable in such situations.
8.2 Game Outcomes
